Organizers publish available slots from the Organizer App. Teams browse nearby grounds in the Team App, pick a preferred slot and confirm the booking. Both sides see the same confirmed match details instantly.
Is Cricky free to download?
Yes. Both the Cricky Organizer App and the Cricky Team App are free to download on Google Play and the App Store.
Which app should I download?
If you manage a cricket ground or turf and want confirmed bookings, download the Organizer App. If you play cricket and want to find and book grounds, download the Team App.
How are payments handled on Cricky?
Payments made through the Cricky platform are processed securely. Where applicable, payments are released to the organizer in line with the platform's payment workflow and the applicable booking policies, giving both organizers and players transparency and confidence at every step.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are processed through established payment providers, and Cricky does not store your card or banking details. Every transaction is linked to a booking in the app, so you always have a clear record.
What happens if a match is cancelled?
Cancellations and refunds are handled according to the organizer's cancellation policy shown during booking and the applicable Cricky platform policies, so both organizers and players understand the process before confirming a booking.
